Unprofessional behavior

My son is admitted for substance abuse and I called gems to find out why the authorization was not granted I spoke to Makoma and I asked to speak to the team. Leader and my call was dropped without being transferred to the team leader can you just imagine how I feel so stressed about the situation and not being given an ear to ask about the things that I don't understand
