Unpaid hospital bills by GEMS medical aid

My son was admitted at Lifepoortvjew hospital on the 17 to 28 December 2018 and up to now hospital account not settled a and he was readmitted in July 2019 for 3 weeks at the same hospital account not settled and now I am getting demand calls from Blake and Associates I have written several emails to GEMS and no response I even called the call center many times and my quiry not resolved I have ultimately lodged a complaint with the council of medical schemes who is still investigating why the medical aid is not paying My son had severe depression and I think gems do not take mental health seriously because if they do they will be paying the accounts and this is depressing to me I am afraid I will be so depressed that I may need to be admitted and my fear is that the medical aid will not settle the account
