unpaid doctors accounts

I have been a loyal member of GEMS from 2008 until I terminated my service at Government in 2017. one of my dependent was admitted to hospital in 2016 and some of her bills due by medical aid are not paid to date and I made thousands of follow-ups and they will give you reference numbers and nothing happens. they even owe our doctors visits for the entire year and funny enough the doctor is registered on their network but I make follow-ups still no payment is done. now I'm stuck with doctors bills while I was paying medical aid. what the know is to tell you about their back office which never got back to me or pay service providers. since I left the medical aid their are even worse they say my case is stale.
