Unpaid Claims

On the 14th of September 2020 I gave birth via C-section at Parklane hospital I have been receiving countless Calls from the Anesthesitis who administered the epidural, informing me that they only got paid a portion off fees.

I have called Gems enquiring about the payment, and I was told that PMD has been requested and I’ve since had to wait for their response.

Gems has made my pregnancy unbearable up until delivery.

They are never straight forward with their customers when it come to claims.. we need a clear indication off what they can pay !! Cos we end up having to pay service providers out off our pockets

Why are we paying medical aid for!!!
