unpaid claims

I am an Educational Psychologist in private practice. I have been sending one claim to Gems for about 4 months, they keep on requiring something new every time. They are giving me terrible treatment, now that I have sent them everything they require they decide to keep quiet. I am very annoyed unfortunately I won't continue servicing Gems clients anymore. Gems is discriminating black educational psychologists while they are paying other categories.
