Unpaid claims

I was involved in a car accident with my son on the 3rd of December 2016 and we were both taken to Ferncrest hospital to get medical attention. Ferncrest submitted my claim and my son's claim but to my surprise GEMS only paid my claim and not my son's claims. As a result I am being harassed by debt collectors on a daily basis. can you please look into this matter urgently and pay the hospital.
