Unpaid claim *** E - ***

Gems I am writing this complain due to the refund of the reference : REF- ********** ********** 832 E - ********** 96755 the procedure was done in November 2018 and ever since then you take me from pillar to post regarding the claim. I borrowed the money for this procedure and now I am incurring unnecessary interest because of your incompetence. I have submitted all the relevant documents and I even got smses that my claim will be process with no luck.

Should the claim not be paid in the next ten (10), I am handing this to the lawyers and shame you will be responsible for all the lawyer's fees.

I am very disappointed in you.
