Unpaid chronic tests
My husband had to do some blood tests as he is diabetic, has high blood pressure and cholesterol.
This falls under PMB chronic. So even though day to day savings is exhausted due to him having a heart attack this year and added medicines,Gems from the 07 July 2015 have not paid for these tests.
I have completed and sent a pmb form and sent it over 100 times to all the email addresses(no exaggerations) No one updates me or gets back to me.I have called the call center also a good few times, they make me hold and then cut my call.
Please help me. So gems has called and agreed to pay for some, get claims statement today and NOTHING IS PAID!!!
They have made me wait almost a month and still it is not paid??????
