Unpaid Chronic Blood tests

My husband had to do some blood tests as he is diabetic,has high blood pressure and cholesterol.<br> This falls under PMB chronic.So even though day to day savings is exhausted due to him having a heart attack this year and added medicines,Gems from the 07 July 2015 have not paid for these tests.<br> I have completed and sent a pmb form and sent it over 100 times to all the email addresses(no exaggerations) No one updates me or gets back to me.I have called the call center also a good few times,they make me hold and then cut my call.<br> Please help me.
