Unpaid accounts

I'm at the end of my tether trying to get accounts for services rendered on 09.11.17; 06.12.17 & 21.12.17 - R145.80 each for Pr ********** - Pathology Services . I've made numerous calls and get the same response.......your benefits are exceeded. When I call, I make it quite clear that these benefits should be paid from PMB benefits which were approved on 21.12.17. I can't express my level of dismay. Please pay the accounts....we pay a fortune for medical aid every month but the services are absolutely shoddy:(
