unlimited docter visits
<p>Gems was a big mistake me my fiance and child are on the emerald option when we joined they said unlimited docter visits today we found out that my fiances funds are exhausted why were we **** to and we are paying a fortune then what is the use of using gems when there is lies involved and another thing get qualified staff at your offices and not a bunch of illiterate people like the lady at the bloemfontein branch i doubt if she even has grade 4 stop lying and robbing us we work hard for our money and that same lady had no clue about what gems is about i think it will be better to cancel gems and rather go to a medical aid where they tell you the truth</p>
