Unhumane Gems!!

Full Medical aid terminated by Gems after main member death certificate was received. It was advised medical aid does not require a termination letter and cancels immediately. It is the continuation member who is fully subsidised responsibility to pay the full amount which is not financially possible and if not financially possible the only other option is to downgrade the plan which is not a option as it is a cancer patient in remission that require the benefits of current plan. No humanity and no assistance in regards of a proper solution.
