Unhelpful, arrogant consultants

Sadly, Gems does not treat it's loyal members properly. The consultants are rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I have dozens of reference numbers, which you have to ask for otherwise they just cut the call. On Friday, it was the last straw for me. They promised to call me back because of a 'high volume" of calls. They said I will receive a call before the end of the day. I waited from 8.30am to evening and no one called. Typical of their arrogance and unhelpful attitude.
