Unhappy with Gems medical aid

Hi my name is Johannes Namane Mahlaba ID *** medical aid no *** from Gems, i have since app**** with Gems to add two dependants on my medical aid in October 2020 and i was told that the effective date will be 1January 2021 and they have been deducting almost 12thousands from my salary since October 2020 now am told that the waiting period will only end in April 2021 this is ridiculous so it means if omy wife can get sick she must be taken to a public hospital whilst am paying such an amount to Gems what i know is waiting period is 3months notnibg more than that , please intervene or else i will be forced to cancel tnis medical aid and all my contributions be reimbursed to me.
