UNHAPPY CLIENT,A CLAIM REFUND NOT PROCESS FOR A MONTH

This medical mistreats their clients,I've submitted my claims refunds on the 3rd Oct 2023 with query no 041023QG5M6T and today it's the 2nd November and there was no communication until today I've decided to enquire via a call with ref no mh*** only to find that they did not process my claim refund which they received 3 weeks ago this is unfair so now I must wait for weeks again to receive the refund,you make Scheme rules that you do not follow.i need my money!!
