Unfriendly agent and rude agent

I called GEMS and I spoke to Itumeleng and she addressed me in English and I spoke to her in sesotho she insisted that what language do I want to speak even though I kept on answering her in sesotho and she was giving me an attitude I could hear it from the tone of her voice when she said which language do I want to be assisted with I kept speaking sesotho and she dropped the call I think this is unfair because we have 11 official languages and she is an African she could have assisted me insesotho or transferred my call to a person speaking sesotho and not her dropping the call
