unfair treatment by Gems medical aid

Last year September 1st I gave birth via cearsarian section because I had placenta previa and had a previous cearsarian section at Krugersdorp hospital netcare.I was told to pay 10 000 before I could be operated as it was a new deal from gems,my complain is that gems never bothered to contact me as their client about the new deal when I called them asking for authorization.Early this year I received a letter from the sheriff send by the hospital that I am owing the hospital 10000,i then went to the hospital's account department then called Gems,they told us the account was waved to my surprise last month I received an sms that my account is been handed to the lawyers and I am going to be blacklisted.I then called gems again which I was not help,they only told me to contact them after a month as they are going to investigate the matter.
