Unfair treatment by Gems

I have been with Gems since 2007 and they're taking their members for a ride. I have been told that my over the counter is exhausted for the whole family and I called them today requesting them to send me statements from January 2024,so i can see when and where was the medical aid being used. They promised to do that but I haven't received anything. That's how Gems operate, i am not the only one who is complaining. Come June your funds are exhausted whether you have used your medical aid or not. This is really disturbing.
