unauthorised deduction from salary

my mother added me as a dependant on her Gems medical aid, she later went to gems in january to cancell my membership, she was told that it was already late so there will be a deduction for february, that was understandable. now my membership has been cancelled but money was deducted from her salary for march, i called gems and they confirmed that it was deducted by mistake, she then went to gems walk in centre in polokwane to check wether there is anything they can do for a refun. Patience Maphuthuma told her that there was no deduction from her salary and she must come back with proof, in a very rude manner, it is very sad because my mom will haqve to spend the whole month with only 2000 to survive, for a consultant to be rude to someone old enough to be her own mother is totally unacceptable. the other is that she was never notified of the mistake until she got her salary this morning, the mistake was not even from her part. how is she going to survive until next month? i am writting this on her behalf because as an older person she does not have access to this kind of services, that is the reason why this consultants illtreat older people, because they think they dont know anyt
