Unauthorised Debit!
<p>Work up this morning at 2pm to a message saying R6230 has been debit from my account by gems, we have no idea what they debited for. this is absolute ******* as nobody authorised them any access to debit my account and now my account is at a negative and will have unpaid debits for the ones that's supposed to go off. I am taking this matter up with the union and we as government employees need another trustworthy medical aid and a freedom of choice. I will also be contacting my attorney with regards to this matter. </p>
