Unacceptable service : GEMS

I have been battling for a month to arrange my chronic medication. The staff are useless and rude including a very rude Angelo. He refused to transfer the call to his supervisor or manager. Is this right to treat your customer to such inferior service? This is serious as my GP prescribed my chronic medication.
