Unable to provide basic service

Unable to get claims submitted. Although website confirms claim submission, it just never appears in the claim list after weeks. Mailed Enquiries twice with my claim as attachment after which they finally respond "That there is no attachment to my mail.".....Although they attach my own claim in their response back to me.

Very disappointed. Seems that each time you have to deal with Gems is by doing it though a complaint. Basic service delivery absent. And no attention to detail.
