Unable to get support from gems

Phoned customer support requested afrikaans speaking consultant to phone back, 3 days later still nothing, send them a mail regarding login problems as well, also heard nothing yet, try to login which worked before, says account not found, try to register on website and app, after 10 atrempts not recieving otp code.
