*****ulent claim
There's been ***** done on my medical aid. My brother who is dependant 3 went to consult with Dr Bantu on the 25 March 2025. They charged him R507, and they demanded R150 to be paid in cash for co payment however the system didnt say so. They also made another *****ulent claim of R507 on main member on the same day.
I have emailed Gems with no assistance. Can this be attended to please. This is wrong.
