What a stupid medical aid GEMS is. They have decided to just stop my mum's dialysis sessions giving me all kinds of different excuses then today they tell me that she does not have enough funds yet its a new year so how are the funds depleted. They can't explain. this is a ****ty medical aid, their agents are clueless about their own product and will tell different stories with every call you make.
