Two Birds, One Stone!

<p>This is a note to compliment Carlo Titus (GEMS) on the excellent services rendered in response to my hello peter complaint regarding 2 unauthorised requests for approval (Dental + Appliance). I was struggling to get both a dental and an appliance approval, but little did i know that Carlo would have these two matters resolved at the same time.I really appreciate his prompt and professional follow ups and feedback.
