TRYING TO REGISTER AS A GEMS MEMBER

Dear GEMS, I have been trying to get my husband and son registered with your scheme since the 21st of July 2015 and to date are still struggling. <br> <br> I emailed the application form and additional attachments to your organisation countless times and when we call to follow up we are constantly advised about short documents, is anyone able to tell me what else you want from us in order for my boys to get onto some sort of medical aid???
