Totally unacceptable
We paying now medical aid a year now nd eversince had endless problems regarding authorisations on 2 occasions my father needed to be admitted due to some serious pains he experienced ND needed to go for scans etc.. No luck with approvals da only approval we got was for his eyes after 2 - 3 months of requesting im paying R1400every month without fail for what actually???
