This medical scheme is just a huge ****

All I needed was authorization for a specific procedure. They gave me forms to be filled in by me and the doctor. After submitting that PMB form along with a motivational letter from the doctor and some blood results. I had to go from pillar to post ( wasting my airtime, the longest I've had to hold on the line was 41 minutes) requesting an authorization code which they refused to provide me with. GEMS is unreliable and always gives problems when they should pay.
