THE WORSE MEDICAL AID EVER

Good day Sir/Madam I have a huge problem with GEMS administration , online service . On the 27th of May 2023 , I submitted my moms SASSA information on the email , no response was sent to me as to . We will update the information . On the 2 July 2023 I went to purchase medication for my mom , I was informed she has been removed from my medical aid . I then went to GEMS walk in service and they also confirmed the same thing . I was upset and highly annoyed as the documents had been sent a month ago and they failed to update their systems .

Its not the first time they are doing this and its becoming rather a nuisance that , they have an email address where its not utilized properly. To get assistance you are forced to go to the WALK-IN CENTRE . My mom is on Chronic and that means she will be delayed with her medication as well . Regards
