The Call Centre is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I have been trying to get through to their call centre for 2 days now. They hang up on me all the time, and that time I have an urgent matter which they need to give me more clarity on! This is ridiculous!!!!! Even their call centre people have no sense of urgency at all!
