I want to thank Riana Strydom at Gems. After writing a report on Hello Peter in regards with a refund that was wrongfully paid into the doctor's account instead of mine and struggling 2 months to resolve the issue, it has finally been resolved.<br> <br> I especially want to thank her for doing her work and being competent and helping me with this problem. After numerous emails and phone calls to Gems with no help, I was helped by Riana via Hello Peter and in two weeks, the refund was paid into my account on 19 October 2015.<br> <br> We need more people like you so that service delivery can be efficient.<br> <br> Thank you very much!!
