Terrible service Gems medical aid

Gems medical aid is the worst and they have the most *********** staff/consultants I had tried to add my daughter on the medical aid I sent documents on the 7/01/2019 I called to check if the documents were received and she had a 3 month general waiting period ay no time I was advised that I would need to sign an acceptance letter when I called back in March cause monies were not debited I was then advised that I will have to sign an acceptance letter which I never received I had a consultant tell me it was posted after I complained I received the acceptance letter on the acceptance letter it states 3 months waiting period due to them not debiting I will have to pay 3000 so my daughter can have access to the medical aid. I think this is so unfair cause debits would have started if they had sent me the acceptance letter today 06.05.2019 I called to check if she was active I had to speak to a consultant who was terribly rude and arrogant and advised that the acceptance letter was emailed which was not they auto matically have a record of the letter being emailed this service is pathetic
