Terrible service from GEMS

I'm a 70 year old woman who has been with GEMS for many years. I paid an amount of R1765 and was told to pay another amount of R1545 in order to reinstate my medical aid but then I was told that my medical aid has been canceled late last year. Since then, I have been given the run around and has since never received my money back as my medical aid has never been reinstated since I paid the money. I am now with another medical aid and all I want is my R3310. 00 back. All I've received from GEMS is one headache and excuse after the other. I've been sent from pillar to post. I was even told to go to Florida which I did and was told there that they can't help me and referred me back to the call center, to people unwilling to help me or be of ANY assistance to me. CAN I PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK.
