Terrible service

Terrible medical aid, they cannot be trusted. They will deny someone that is written black and white in their documents.

They refused to cancel my medical aid within the first 15 days of joining but it written on their membership form that you can cancel if you haven’t utilise their services.

They give false information when you request for the quotation then debit doubled what you were quoted on when you enquired about the premium.

They do not confirm with you if you’re fine with the premium before finalising the membership. They force you to pay those premium for a minimum of 2 months.
