Terrible increase with no warning

It's January and we were not told that there would be an increase in the medical aid, payslip arrives with a doubled amount deducted, there after we get an email stating a 9.5% increase on medical aid. That is ridiculous considering we don't even get paid enough we must now have such a major increase almost R1300 off my salary this is really un called for and we should be given a heads up first. ItsJanuary we have school things to deal with and groceries now we must have such a major increase this is just not right, have some decency to deduct a small percentage rather than a 9.5 I mean we only received a 2.5 percent increase and here we getting sacked up my gems.
