TAX YEAR 2019 PMSA CLAIM MERRY-GO-ROUND
I think I’m on my fourth or fifth year trying to claim my PMSA with GEMS. It seems each time I call there’s wet behind the ear consultants answering the call. It’s so frustrating, more so with their nameless so-called team leaders who never call back after yet another reassurance that they will. I won’t even talk about the conveniently being disconnected when the consultant cannot provide answers. Lebo takes the cake this year. I guess will wait and see if Lusanda and his team leader come from the same pack or not 🤷🏽♀️.

She reminded me of how helpful GEMS was for all the years I was with them, it’s only after I went to a private school did I get the unpleasant side of GEMS. Thank you for the reminder ma’am. You’ll never know what those few minutes felt like.
