Tax certificates

Member number: *** I’ve been requesting my Tax certificates for the year 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 from GEMS with no luck. They’ve been telling me to write a letter and I did but they keep on requesting some more letters. For submission of prescriptions and other things I use *** and my personal email is ***. I’m over 60 years old and I can’t go to Pretoria to request for something that can be sent straight to any of the two emails mentioned above.

My question is that, what must be done in order to get those certificates?
