Take the money, cover nothing! The never ending GWP
No end of trouble and backtracking since adding a new dependent in February. General waiting period was app**** for THREE months. Supposed to end on 31 May 2025. Today, 4 June 2025, still no benefits and GEMS refused to cover the script, due to a General Waiting Period. So in other words, take the money every month for a never-ending waiting period and ZERO cover!
