sURNAME INCORRCTLY CAPTURED

I changed my surname with Gems medical aid on the 05/01/2015, I sent the form I was requested to completed and the id copy and marriage certificate. I receive the medical aid cards with the new incorrect surname. I contacted their call centre on the 2/02/2015 and was told it will be corrected in 7 working days. I waited and contacted them on the 20th after I went to the system and saw that it is not changed. I received the cards with incorrect surname and should anything happen to me and required to provide my medical aid and id who will accept that? I'm tired of contacting their call centre because you hold and at times forget what you wanted to say. its a month now and my surname is not changed.
