Superb customer service

I had an interaction with the most amazing, helpful people when I called the call centre recently. #Chadwin and Hope from the dentistry division. I called in regards to clarity on my sons Pre-authorization from his orthodontist, they explained everything so patiently and gave me all the answers in all aspects of my enquiry. It is always a mission calling gems but they made everything seem so effortless. Thank you and continue with the brilliant customer service that you offered me because it will never go unnoticed.
