Suffering from Unpaid Medical Claims by GEMS

I am very much disappointed with how I have been treated by GEMS, It has been a long time trying to get help via the gems inquiries platform but I have been sent from pillar to post. There were consultations that were not been paid up today as I was pregnant last year, of which I had a condition whereby additional gynecologist visits were granted after request. To my surprise, those additional visits were not been paid as they kept on saying I had exited my limit. Of which GEMS staff did not input the correct code and now I am suffering for their mistakes. My account has been referred for debt collectors. the other issue was the General Practitioner referred me to the Gynaecologist during that first month of my pregnancy due to that condition I was in and they have both performed the scan and only one scan was been paid while the other scan needed motivation. I have been sending that motivation since last year August but even today I haven't got results. I don't know where to go, please assist.
