Sudden change in hospitals detrimental to patients' health

I have been going to Garden City Hospital nfor years and have excellent doctors there. I was admitted again on the 5th of,February as usual. Today Zi received an email with the authoyisation just to learn that Garden City is no longer part of their network this year.

Apparently communication was sent in this regard but I had not seen it.

Does Gems not realise how disruptive such an abrupt change is to the healthcare of patients? My doctor knows me and knows that I have complicated health issues. Now they expect me to go to a new doctor who knows nothing about my history. I have had many health complications and need a doctor that understands that.

I need Gems to review this matter urgently.
