STUPID GEMS!!!!

2013 my mom sent Gems my school documents to show that I am still a scholar and should still be under the medical aid as I am over the age of 21. I kept sending them my documents and still am, but every time i go to the doctor Gems cannot cover my medial costs because i am not a \student"and my school documents are never received. Their telecom assistants never have valid reason and answers as to what is happening and keep requesting more documents. I don't understand why they are in business if they cant even handle the most simple things. They should just change their company name to STUPID GEMS!!! """
