Struggling to get medical aid

My husband died in March 2022 and I still don't have medical aid. I emailed all the outstanding documents and have a reference no to prove that they received everything. The next day they terminated my application. WHAT!!! No one is helping me. I am hopeless 😔. I paid what needed to be paid. Drove to the Gems office. Phoned umpteenth times. Still NO MEDICAL AID!!!
