Still waiting 5 months later I am being told I need to wait for three more months

Gems is so good at playing cat and mouse it’s gotten so gross and extremely irritating now. I app**** fro exgratia in November 2021. Every week when I enquire it it’s either the query is sorted out and the optical department would contact me in by the next 48 hours. And then they don’t when I enquire then there’s a document missing. I send the document they confirm all is good and I’ll get my answer then again suddenly my documents are missinjg. Whose fooling who here? On the 28th of March I was told it was a matter of time optics would call me but in the mean time the lady realised I was gonna have a problem later on as I was paying for my daughters therapy sessions on a cash basis and offered to help she send me exgratia forms and said I should apply for her that too. Yesterday I followed up my optics exgratia does not exist but the one I was advised in which I hadn’t app**** for was on the system and documents are missing? The committee will sit in July 2022. No problem please this is a human life you are writing laying with. They mean I haven’t seen since November 2021 and the headaches that come with it until they sit in July 2022. Where they will also pretend they didn’t receive the documents. So this is vicious cycle where the needy gets passed around for fun. I had asked if they were not going to pay in January already so that my extra R3000 and some odds would have been channeled into paying for the things I need and then leave the medical aid with its theatrics. I know they susbsidise R2800 but I still add on R3000 making it R5000 surely that was motivation enough to help me and not toss me around like a ball.
