Good day please avoid this medical aid I wanted to join under my mother in law as I was previously under my mothers medical aid and it was getting to expensive so we sent trough all the forms so that I can join immediately after leaving my medical aid just to find out they never READ the email and now I have to wait 3 months to be on the medical aid how can one wait for 3 months if the fault was with them even after numerous emails and calls to confirm what is going no one even responded to the emails when we finally got hold someone they escalated the matter because they never READ the emails.
