*********** staff cannot process simple documents
I am horrified with the incompetence of GEMS. Sadly, they are so negligent when it comes to a person's life and they don't care at all. I am trying from last year to sort out a simple issue. I have submitted all documents and everytime they lose it. They claim they didn't receive it, yet I have proof that I sent the documents they want. I wish someone there would really take up my issue and help me urgently please.
