Somebody at GEMS don't do their job!!!!

I submitted a quotation for my blood pressure machine to be approved as I am without one for 3 months already. The first time it was rejected because of my details weren't on the quote. I went back for another quote so that the pharmacy can put on my personal details. I submitted that on the 22 March 2022. I just phoned now to gems and talked to Sandile.... jirrrrre nee man!!!!..... he told me it was rejected again!!!! for the same reason, no personal info on the quote. I told him open the email of the 22 March, and he told me, there is your information on the quote yes. I then made the effort to go back the second time to put on my details on the quote this is making me sick of a medical scheme treating us like we nothing but yet we pay them every month the full amount. Clearly somebody is not doing their job properly and think its a joke to just decline people's stuff. I will write a bad review everyday if I have to! Nie man doen julle werk!!!!!!!!!!!
