Slow

My son changed from Discovery to GEMS medical aid Although all emails and request were put in on time, GEMS did not do their work and now he jabe to wait 4 months before he cam ise the medical aid. He had no pre-existing comditions. Last week he fell and torn the liggaments in his knee. It is a week later and still they refise to help him. This is suppose to come of his PMB account. In the meantime he is in severe pain They are so useless.
